CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR

As Contract Administrators, our team will manage and oversee the pre and post contract administration works for a wide variety of commercial projects, ensuring the contractual relationship between the Employer and Contractor are administered effectively.
The PMP approach provides our clients with cost certainty, procurement and programme advice and a quality and timely solution.
We are careful to ensure our clients requirements are understood and rigorous that the parameters are challenged, if required.
Our relationships with sub-consultants, our knowledge of contractor and material supply chains are all used to deliver to and exceed our clients’ expectations.
This approach ensures regular meetings and onsite attendance and monitoring. We will interrogate requirements to obtain or procure the information required for the project, including statutory compliance and managing constraints.
Sustainability is front and centre of our decision making and where our clients wish to achieve enhanced environmental standards, PMP has the knowledge and ability to guide our clients through the requisite processes. Our team will work as your trusted advisors throughout the project from commencement to completion.
