WHAT WE STAND FOR

At PMP, our purpose is to be your trusted partner in the property industry, recognised for our unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional service, creative solutions and ensuring your complete satisfaction.

Building Surveying, Project Management and Cost Management are at the core but it is our people who build the foundations of PMP.

Our journey starts with the culture we have where our success is the people we employ; those who fly the flag for PMP and its core value.

Sustainable thinking, regeneration and the creation of spaces and places is what we are about with our professionals setting us apart in the marketplace.

Getting under the skin of a property’s purpose and our clients’ goals is where we start our journey of working with you. The greater our understanding of why the project is important to you and how it will benefit your company and end-users, the better the outcomes.
It is our commitment to build a better and socially-minded business with PMP at the forefront of today’s net zero agenda that is a driving force behind our journey to doing better for ourselves, for our clients, and for our planet.
The built environment is impacted by the work that we do at PMP, by the people who make PMP, and by the expertise that we have. We apply this thinking to our roles as Building Surveyors, Project Managers and Cost Consultants.

UK Wide Coverage

PMP was established in 1992 by our Chairman John Dunn. Today, PMP has a national reach across with offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester, London and Bristol. Sometimes we lead the team, and sometimes we’re part of a team. We are wherever you need us to be.

OUR COMMUNITIES, OUR WORLD

We value the communities in which we work and the world around us, so it is important to us to support causes that create opportunities for people to access sport and culture, education and training and to harness the power of business and the impact we can make on peoples’ lives.

Marple Athletic Girls Football Club –

Under 12’s Away Strip, Kit Sponsor.

As a company that values the communities in which we live and work, we get a real kick out of creating opportunities that support play too. That’s why we are the Away Kit Sponsor for Marple Athletics Girls U12’s Football Club.

Head of our Manchester Office, Ben Walker, is one of the coaches At Marple Athletic GFC U10s, and he said, “Our sponsorship helps support grassroots football in the community where we live. It’s important to us create opportunities for children and young people to enjoy sport and come together as a community”.

Women in Property

Director Laura Banks is no stranger to the classroom as the past Chair of Women in Property Central Scotland branch. She regularly co-ordinates opportunities for herself, colleagues and others working in the industry to get into the classroom and help children and young people to see opportunities in the construction industry with a particular focus on getting more girls into the sector.

Leading the Women in Property Central Scotland Schools Outreach team, Laura was able to organise an 8-week Construction Programme for Douglas Academy in Glasgow. Groups of S2 pupils were guided through the various stages of designing a primary school with a different team of professionals visiting the pupils every week to facilitate hands-on, workshop-based sessions.

Community Involvement

The PMP family has a strong team across offices in Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow, London and Manchester.
