PMP was instructed to procure competitive tenders relating to repair and refurbishment works required in order to preserve a Grade II* listed block of properties in Chester City Centre.
The works comprised of external repair and redecoration works including; slate and leadwork repairs to the main pitched roof area, repairs to the rear flat roofs, façade cleaning and repairs to stonework / brickwork and the redecoration of all windows throughout.
Acting as both Contract Administrator / Principal Designer, PMP managed the project to a successful completion.
Working alongside the specialist contractor and local conservation officer, PMP ensured that the works undertaken were in keeping with the properties’ age and character and ensured the building remained wind and watertight.
