PMP Announces New Promotions Across the Business
The leadership team has promoted a number of key people as PMP enters the new financial year.
Recognising the growing demand for our services and professionalism, including building surveying, project management and cost management, this year we are proud to announce the following developments within our business by promoting our PMP people:
Ben Raleigh is promoted to Technical Director within Glasgow’s Building Surveying team. A Chartered Building Surveyor, Ben is a pivotal part of Glasgow’s operation. He also recently became an accredited RICS Mediator. Ben’s expertise covers pre and post-acquisitions, due diligence, dilapidations and principal designer roles, and this new role will see him step up in leadership responsibilities for Glasgow operations.
David McKenna is promoted to Associate Director in the Edinburgh Building Surveying team. David’s journey with PMP has taken him from internship now through to Associate Director. A highly valued and long-standing member of the team since joining as a graduate surveyor, David has successfully managed a number of office, retail and industrial refurbishment projects, with extensive knowledge of dilapidations, building inspection reports, and planning and building warrant applications.
Paul Allan is promoted to Associate Director in the Edinburgh Projects team. Paul has been a key feature of the projects team, promoted for his loyalty, hard work and client care. Well-versed in pre-contract cost preparation and the procurement of contractor work packages, his role has evolved over the years, making him a key go-to person for clients and colleagues alike.
Catriona MacDonald joined PMP last year and has been promoted to Senior Surveyor in the Building Surveying team in Edinburgh following a successful period delivering a range of building surveying services to clients. She specialises in Technical Due Diligence, Dilapidations (acting for both Landlord and Tenant) and Contract Administration. Based in PMP’s Edinburgh office, she has worked with a number of portfolio clients across our network of offices in Bristol, Manchester and Glasgow.
Commenting on another successful year end for PMP, Managing Director Stewart Rutherford said:
“PMP continues to strategically grow and perform in the marketplace across the UK, and key to this success is the people and teams who work for PMP and bring their expertise to our clients, helping them make informed decisions, build portfolios, and succeed. I am very proud of the strides Ben, David, Paul and Catriona have made in presenting the best of PMP to the marketplace.”
