Value Management and value engineering are both concerned with increasing the ratio between benefit (outputs) and the cost or effort (inputs) required to achieve it (RISC).
Our Building Surveyors, Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors understand this and that each project and stakeholders are unique.
The benefits and costs will often occur at different points in the supply chain or vary according to the requirements of different project team members.
Our teams are adaptable in their approach and will put the clients’ interests at the forefront as well as never compromising on our core values and the foundations which PMP is built on.
One of the roles of the project manager is to manage supply chain procurement and balance competing agendas for a successful delivery. In particular, our Chartered Surveyors play a key role in advising value across the project and in indicating the financial resources required to achieve project outputs.
Our sustainable goals and building a better future, now and in the future, are woven into all part of the business including our thinking on providing value management and value engineering to our clients.
