Services providedCondition Surveys
Our Building Surveyors, Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors understand this and that each project and stakeholders are unique.
The benefits and costs will often occur at different points in the supply chain or vary according to the requirements of different project team members.

One of the roles of the project manager is to manage supply chain procurement and balance competing agendas for a successful delivery. In particular, our Chartered Surveyors play a key role in advising value across the project and in indicating the financial resources required to achieve project outputs.
Our sustainable goals and building a better future, now and in the future, are woven into all part of the business including our thinking on providing value management and value engineering to our clients.

“Lumacron Technology chose PMP to provide Project Management and Quantity Services during the planning and implementation of the move to our new European Headquarters at Edinburgh Park. Throughout the project the PMP team provided detailed breakdowns of the progress of the works and were responsive to all our questions and requirements. They acted on our behalf with all the cross functional teams to provide our new home on a tight schedule and good value for money. Nothing was too much for this enthusiastic team who provided friendly advice and explanations when we needed it. All in all a fabulous team to work with.”
“Titan was a challenging project from start to finish and PMP’s management, support, and guidance was invaluable throughout. I am personally extremely grateful for all that PMP did on this complex project.”
“Northwood is extremely satisfied with the technical advice and building inspection survey reports provided by PMP which once again grasped our requirements immediately on receipt of instructions. PMP’s commercial approach assisted greatly with meeting the agreed deal milestones and we look forward to working with PMP in implementing our business plan for the asset over the medium term.”
“PMP proved its ability to service this large UK-wide portfolio survey within very tight timescales. The Director ‘single point of contact’ coordination made it far more seamless for our team at LSPIM to work through the technical due diligence. All reporting was delivered on or before the agreed dates.”
“One of the great benefits of using PMP is the personal, dedicated and experienced service you get. The PMP team has a culture of ‘can do’ and are prepared to manage contractors robustly but fairly. They are very good at tapping into the client ‘big picture’ to provide the client with the service and approach they need.”
