PMP assisted the end user in monitoring the redevelopment of a new build construction which would become a hotel. This hotel would adopt the StayCity Wylde Hotel specifications.
Located in the heart of Edinburgh’s busy Grassmarket area, the boutique apart-hotel has fully equipped kitchens and bathroom pods.
PMP’s scope of service included initial advice at the outset, and thereafter monthly monitoring and reporting through to completion of the project. Our inception to completion approach meant the client was fully briefed on anticipated costs, costs during the project and completion costs.
