We carried out the technical due diligence required for the acquisition of the hotel for Cannock Troon Hotel Ltd.
In a co-ordinated and joint exercise, PMP Project Managers and Building Surveyors prepared the tender documentation for the proposed refurbishment works and worked with the design team to prepare and submit planning and listed building statutory consents. PMP reviewed the tender returns and made a proposal to the client on the appointment of the contractor as well as supporting the negotiation of the contract terms.
Working closely with the hotel owners and management team, PMP developed a programme of works which addressed the critical repair elements while keeping the hotel open at all times ensuring business continuity.
