Home to numerous global businesses including Shelter, Clydesdale Bank, Tesco and Specsavers, PMP was appointed by The Ambassador Group to prepare a Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedule including specialist input on services, lifts, stonework, structure and lifts.
A phased programme of refurbishment of vacant suites, common areas, stone repairs, lifts and roofs, was project managed by PMP to bring striking office accommodation to a historic building in the heart of Glasgow City Centre.
