Millerbrook Properties instructed a dilapidations liability assessment to aid in negotiating a new lease with the current tenant.
To aid in securing the renewal, we undertook a scope of works to put the roof and gutters back into repair and prevent long standing surface water drainage issues.
We managed all processes, including reviewing the condition and suitability of the current drainage system, testing the roof elements and undertaking all necessary repairs. Services included; Dilapidations Liability Assessment; Defects Analysis; Contract Administration and CDM Advice.
