Carlowrie Castle was built in the Scottish Baronial style between 1852 and 1855 on the outskirts of Kirkliston, Scotland and remained privately owned.
A highly sought-after wedding venue, Carlowrie Castle underwent a refurbishment to optimise its revenue generation from hosting such events.
The refurbishment was project managed by PMP with the team providing initial condition surveys of the asset and then working with the design team to establish a project brief and budget.
Next, we established costs and programme periods for the refurbishment and delivered all required services to ensure that the Castle would be ready for the planned and critical wedding season. We handled all aspects of the project, allowing the family to focus on offering exemplary service to its incoming guests.
PMP’s experience in restoration projects ensured that we were able to deliver our core services and return the project to the client, ready for the wedding season.
