We were approached by London & Scottish Property Investment Management (LSPIM) to carry out Technical Due Diligence on a portfolio acquisition. This portfolio comprises of mainly out of town commercial offices and included the provision of Building Reinstatement Valuations upon completion.

13 of our experienced and highly-skilled Building Surveyors from our offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester and Bristol/London were deployed to deliver the surveys, with inspections completed within 10 working days of instruction.
Since, we have followed on with providing further services including terminal dilapidation and project monitoring services for the various suites within the 77,920 sq ft office accommodation and we have provided design and contract administrative services for a new CAT A fit-out on behalf of the Landlord for an incoming Tenant. Services for this property are ongoing as we work in partnership with the client to tailor for their needs.
