Granite House
Granite House is an imposing six storey building which now offers high quality office accommodation behind an attractive traditional sandstone facade.
PMP was appointed by The Ambassador Group to prepare a Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedule including specialist input on services, lifts, stonework, structure and lifts.
A phased programme of refurbishment of vacant suites, common areas, stone repairs, lifts and roofs was project managed by PMP to bring striking office accommodation to a historic building in the heart of Glasgow City Centre.
