UKREiiF Highlights Leeds 2024

The PMP team attended the UKREiiF event in Leeds – the UK’s largest property – which had a reported 12,000 attendees and 2,500 fringe attendees.

The UK Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum (UK ReiiF) brings together political and business leaders to attract investment in property and is an opportunity for PMP to network, showcase and profile the work of our building surveyors.

This year’s team included Ben Walker, Executive Director PMP (Manchester), Mark Humphries, Executive Director PMP (Bristol), Lorraine Martin, Technical Director (Glasgow), Chris Paveling, Executive Director (Edinburgh) with business support from Rachael Cunliffe.

Our brilliant PMP team were out in all weathers clocking up the hours hearing from presenters and networking long into the night. It was a fantastic chance to meet new prospects but to engage with and build on the long established connections that we have with clients and industry leaders. A calendar date fixed in all good building surveyors’ diaries and now back to our desks to follow up on leads and to carry on with the day job of providing sustainable solutions in building surveying, project management and cost management.

To date, Ambassador Investment Management has completed extensive demolition, the relocation of large complex occupiers into newly formatted spaces integrating multiple units, and the creation of 70,000sg ft of new occupier spaces.

Working with multiple suppliers, contractors and teams, PMP is proud to be part of the delivery team which includes Andy Laurie, Stewart Rutherford, David Kennedy, Duncan Esplin, Kevin Sweeney on the delivery of PM and Principal Designer.
