PMP Shortlisted for Scottish Property Awards 2026

PMP is a finalist in the Scottish Property Awards 2026 for Technical Advisory Team of the Year. This recognition is a testament to the dedication and expertise of our team in delivering exceptional technical advisory services across the country.

We are proud to hold the title of last year’s winners, and being shortlisted again reinforces our commitment to excellence and innovation within the property sector. In what was a first for the Scottish Property Awards, PMP was named the Technical Advisory Team of the Year in 2025.

The Scottish Property Awards are one of the largest award celebrations for the property industry with more than 600 guests recognising and celebrating the sector’s finest achievements.

PMP has been shortlisted within the Technical Advisory Team of the Year category which recognises excellence in advisory roles related to acquisitions, sales, technical due diligence, cost consultancy, building surveying, and mechanical and electrical engineering.

The awards will take place on Thursday February 26 at the Double Tree by Hilton in Glasgow to celebrate excellence in Scotland’s property sector.
