PMP hails profitable year end with a tranche of promotions
Starting our financial year with a raft of promotions to celebrate our results and our people
Our financial year ended last week, and a new financial year is upon us. This has allowed us to take stock of how the year is doing and to commend all those in the business who have supported us to get there.
We are delighted to see steady and strategic growth for PMP across our offices in Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Manchester, with all locations showing double digit percentage increases in turnover.
For the second time in 2025, we are promoting internally to recognise the efforts and people behind PMP.
It’s been a healthy financial year end – with an increase in turnover and profitability.
To recognise the growth in demand for our services which include Building Surveying, Project Management and Cost Management, the leadership would like to recognise some of our key players:
Lorraine Martin is promoted to Director in our Glasgow office. She will continue to support Gavin McClymont and is pivotal to the growth of our operations in the West. An outstanding colleague, Building Surveyor, and networker, Lorraine embraces our PMP culture and is relied upon by our clients for her advice and expertise in Building Surveying and Project Management.
David Kennedy is promoted to Director within our Edinburgh operation. David took up the reins in heading the Edinburgh Building Surveying team a few years ago and has thrived in that responsibility. David has risen all the way through the ranks from Graduate to Director during in his tenure at PMP.
Robert John Marshall MRICS is being promoted to Technical Director in the Edinburgh office. Robert delivers for clients routinely while also driving on our business development from a UK-wide perspective helping to enhance the brand and our position in the marketplace.
Duncan Esplin is now an Associate Director within our projects team. Since joining PMP, Duncan has been a real asset to clients and the team, and is part of our strategic vision for the company and our people.
