PMP Manchester turns 5!

PMP Manchester marked five years of being in business with a celebratory event joined by guests, our PMP people and clients in Manchester next door to our brand new office!

The Manchester office started by Ben Walker in 2019 has thrived in what has been five short and fast years.

Born in 2019, PMP Manchester has grown because of the people we have, led by Ben and his brilliant team including Ben Spratt, Chris Birchall, Daniel Lawson, Elaine Brocklehurst, Isaac Hardisty, Jo Streets, Lewis Simms and Rachael Cunliffe. Thanks to all those who have contributed to our success as well as some fantastic ex-employees (you know who you are!) but we never look back!

In 2019, we didn’t know that round the corner there would be a global pandemic but the Manchester office has been a thriving place for business, for people, and in the UK economy, Manchester is the largest city region outside London to do business.

We have led on some exciting projects in Manchester around the North of England and beyond, including residential refurbishments in Liverpool, the re-cladding of Milliners Wharf in Manchester, multiple office refurbishments across Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds and Birmingham, along with retail and industrial refurbishments across, England and Wales. These projects go hand-in-hand with countless TDD reports and dilapidations negotiations for both landlords and tenants.

Next stop, we are looking forward to the next 5 years and to celebrate a decade of PMP Manchester where we are excited about student accommodation and office refurbishments we have in the pipeline along with continued growth planned for the next few months.

PMP is 30+years in business and with this, we have grown our UK reach from Edinburgh to Glasgow, Manchester to Bristol/London – our ambition continues to be to provide our three core services – Building Surveying, Project Management and Cost Management with a team of brilliant people.

We aim to be innovative and drivers on behalf of our clients, and be a place people want to work and thrive.
