The team has become established in the London property market with a well-earned reputation for its sustainable growth strategy and a growing number of Building Surveyors, Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors joining us.
Founded by John Dunn in 1992, Edinburgh is PMP’s Headquarters and was the first of five offices throughout the UK.
The team is led by Managing Director Stewart Rutherford with day-to-day management by Director Chris Paveling and is ideally set to allow us to be on the doorstep of many of our local clients and projects.
The Glasgow office has fast become Edinburgh’s arch-rival, and although we keep it friendly and above board, the gloves are off at the annual office outing.
Our professionals are positioned geographically and strategically to provide our Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Cost Management and Project Management services throughout Scotland and the United Kingdom.
Our London office is a base for all PMP staff across our five offices in Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester and London.
London acts as a hub for many of our clients where we regularly meet with them to learn about their projects and offer sustainable solutions.
Located on the banks of the Thames, Scotland House offers balcony and meeting spaces, and an opportunity to make ourselves available to our London client base and is supported by our Bristol colleagues in the South.
