Associate Director Ben Raleigh accredited as a RICS Mediator

Associate Director Ben Raleigh has achieved accreditation as a RICS Mediator.

Ben completed the RICS Mediation Training Programme, which will assist clients to obtain mediation avoiding lengthy legal proceedings.

This accreditation allows PMP to offer structured and voluntary dispute resolution processes where the mediator will assist conflicting parties in reaching a mutually acceptable settlement.

Ben said: “Mediation is an increasingly important tool in resolving disputes quickly and effectively. By offering this service to our PMP clients, we can help minimise disruption, control costs, and achieve practical outcomes that work for all parties involved.”

Ben took part in an intensive training programme, both in practical and theory to gain the qualification as a RICS Accredited Evaluative Mediator. The role of the mediator is to avoid lengthy court proceedings and to deliver clients with a full service from inception to completion as part of our services.
