🔸 Ben Walker, Executive Director of (Manchester)

Ben heads up the Manchester Office. He is a Chartered Building Surveyor who has been working in commercial building surveying since 2004. From his base in Manchester, he provides a variety of services across multiple sectors while specialising in technical due diligence and dilapidations.

🔸 Mark Humphries, Executive Director (Bristol)

Mark leads the Bristol Office in the South West. He specialises in dilapidations, party wall and is an expert witness. He works with an experienced team of building surveyors and project managers whose combined expertise spans all aspects of building surveying.

🔸 Lorraine Martin, Director (Glasgow)

Head of Glasgow operations is Lorraine Martin. As an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor, Lorraine has near two decades of experience in providing building surveying to clients across all sectors. She derives from an architectural background and is the driving force behind PMP’s success in the West of Scotland.

🔸 Chris Paveling, Executive Director (Edinburgh)

Chris heads up the  Edinburgh Office with overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the office. Chris brings a wealth of knowledge and an excellent reputation within the industry for sound technical advice which has lead to a number of high profile project wins.

🔸 Michelle Richardson, Director (Manchester)

Michelle joined PMP in Manchester to lead the Project Management team, bringing over 20 years experience in the property sector. She leads the delivery of project management services spearheading growth plans in Manchester. Originally from an architectural background, Richardson’s skillset lies in understanding entire lifecycles of projects across various sizes, values and sectors.

🔸 Robert John Marshall MRICS, Technical Director (Edinburgh)

Robert is a Chartered Surveyor at PMP operating from our Edinburgh office. He has experience across building surveying using Computer Aided Design (CAD) software to allow him to assist in architectural services and visualisation for clients.
