Spotlight on PMP Glasgow with Lorraine Martin
2026 has kicked off with momentum across PMP — and starting where there’s a lot of buzz right now: Glasgow.
Across our Bristol, Glasgow, Edinburgh and Manchester offices, we’ve got a diverse pipeline of work underway and a brilliant group of people leading it — the real constant behind everything we do.
Office spotlight: Glasgow
We caught up with Lorraine Martin, Head of Glasgow office for a pulse check on how the year looks to be shaping up:“This year has started exactly as the last one ended — busy, productive, and spanning multiple sectors, with new opportunities continuing to come through the door. There’s a real energy in the market just now, particularly with transactions.
“And yes — for those used to the January fixture, the Glasgow drinks reception is still very much on the radar.
“Fear not, it’s happening… just a little later in the year. Expect our usual hospitality, a packed room, and another queue out the door — we might need bouncers and entry stamps this time.
“We’re right in the city centre, so if you’re nearby, please do drop in for a coffee with me or the team.”
🏆 Awards & industry events
We’re proud to have been shortlisted for the 2026 Scottish Property Awards, following last year’s recognition as the first-ever Technical Advisory Team of the Year.Next month, we’ll be heading to MIPIM, supporting the Scotland at MIPIM campaign and helping showcase the strength of Scotland’s property and development sector on the global stage.
We’ll also be at UKREiiF 2026 in May, alongside a number of other key industry events throughout the year.
