112 Ingram Street is a purpose built commercial property, constructed circa 1898, designed by James Thompson. Originally design as a garment factory the building was laterally used by Glasgow City Council as offices.

The project aims to create a unique commercial office space in the heart of the Merchant City. Using key design feature of the listed property the architect has design interesting works space which will appeal to creative and design industries. Retail or restaurant space will be created on the ground and basement levels.

PMP was appointed as Project Manager and has a depth of experience in working with Listed Properties.

PMP in conjunction with the Quantity Surveyor, developed a phased procurement strategy which allowed the office strip out to take place whilst necessary statutory approvals were sought, and the fit out design was concluded. The approach reduced the risk to cost and programme due to discovery during the fit out process.

PMP coordinated the various design, planning and letting consultants to develop a design which met the clients exacting requirements as well as satisfying statutory bodies such as Historic Environment Scotland.
