PMP Building Surveyors carried out the technical due diligence required for the acquisition of the hotel for Cannock Troon Hotel Ltd.
In a co-ordinated and joint exercise, PMP Project Managers and Building Surveyors then prepared the tender documentation for the proposed refurbishment works and worked with the Design Team to prepare and submit the Planning and Listed Building Statutory Consents. PMP then reviewed the tender returns and made a proposal to the Client on the appointment of the Contractor as well as supporting the negotiation of the contract terms.
PMP worked closely with the Hotel Owners and Management Team to develop a programme of works which addressed the critical repair elements whilst keeping the hotel open at all times ensuring business continuity.
