PMP supported Capital Vincent Limited during the feasibility stages of their proposal to refurbish 24 St. Vincent Place by providing outline costs and programme advice.
PMP then prepared the specification and documentation for tender which we then analysed and validated before recommending a contractor to deliver the project.
The work, a CAT A refurbishment of 4 floors as well as communal entrance space has resulted in high standard modern open plan space whilst retaining unique and interesting architectural features from the original building.
The roof was extensively repaired as well as stonework and the feature lightwell. Additional works included upgraded finishes throughout comprising bespoke joinery to form feature timber panelling, kitchens along with full replacement of the existing toilets to provide 4 Superloos on each floor with wall and floor finishes and shower accommodation.
