Project Description

The prestigious Quartermile district was constructed on the Old Royal Infirmary site in central Edinburgh, providing World class office, residential, leisure and retail accommodation. Quartermile 1 sits proudly on Lauriston Place and provides approx 57,000 sqft of Grade A office space arranged over seven storeys.

The project aim was the fit out of Level 3 to provide Investec’s Scottish Headquarters, which included the merge and relocation of two Edinburgh offices. Bespoke design features with high specification of finishes were incorporated in the design which created a unique working environment for both Investec’s staff and clients.

PMP Role

PMP were initially instructed by Investec to undertake a building survey and due diligence prior to lease agreement.
Subsequently, PMP were appointed as Project Managers, CDM Coordinators and Cost Consultants for Investec’s merge and relocation from two Edinburgh offices.

The project was completed on programme and within budget.
