Project Description

PMP are retained Building Consultancy advisors by our client Patrizia UK Ltd, on the Hillington Park Estate. We offer the full suite of Building Surveying Services, dealing with dilapidations matters, schedules of condition, licence to alter and Specification & Contract Administration Services. PMP further act as Principal Designer on refurbishment contracts. Further, PMP Director Joseph Madden was involved in the pre-acquisition due diligence when the park was sold by MEPC to Patrizia.

Currently, PMP are on site acting on the Landlords behalf in a number of dilapidations negotiations and significant refurbishment contracts. Typically refurbishment includes roof replacement or maintenance, cladding replacement and associated external fabric repairs and internal refurbishment to warehouse and office accommodation.

PMP Role

PMP typically take an instruction from inception to completion, including preparation of Statutory Consents, managing design team (structural engineers, M&E and such like), preparation of a full package of works for competitive tender, tender reporting and recommendations on Main Contractor appointment and full Contract Administration duties on site. Construction phase duties include chairing and minuting pre-start and progress meetings, dealing with site queries and variations to the contract, certifying payment and monitoring the quality of works.
