Catalyst Capital acquired the Apex 123 building in 2012 and embarked on a comprehensive programme of upgrading. Works included new entrances, refurbishing the receptions, common parts and ancillary facilities, and the renewal of the central plant and equipment. The new facility provided quality, open plan office accommodation in the Haymarket area of Edinburgh.
