PMP Building Surveying have had an ongoing involvement with this building for many years dating back to Landlord Impact Monitoring of the £30million redevelopment of the adjacent Waverlygate site.

More recently we have completed a terminal dilapidations settlement in excess of £1.2 million against the outgoing tenant.

Pmp Building Surveying are now undertaking a comprehensive refurbishment of this prestigious façade retention with listed frontage acting as lead consultant to the design team which include Rybka consulting Mechanical  & Electrical Consultants and WRD Structural engineers together with specialist input from our Interior Design department and Lighting consultants.

The project involves refurbishment of 55,000sq ft of open plan office accommodation arranged over 7 floors back to Grade A office space ready for the speculative letting market either to a single occupier or as multiple lets.

In working closely with the appointed letting agents and by evaluating similar office accommodation available on the market PMP Building Surveying have devised a scheme which will be attractive to the market and should enable a quick take up of the office space. In addition PMP Building Surveying, through careful design of the refurbishment scheme have been able to increase the Net Lettable Area of the office space so maximising the investment value for our client

The completed office suites will be available to let from early 2008
