To compliment the existing ticket office on Edinburgh’s High Street, PMP Architecture were commissioned to provide Edinburgh Festival Fringe with a permanent base from which event and venue organisation can be managed. This would also be an exciting new hub within which performers and press can gather.

Residential Almondvale redevelopment, Livingston
We were commissioned by Glenthistle to undertake a masterplan for the redevelopment of the area around Almondvale Stadium in Livingston. Our proposal was threefold: to create an identifiable Neighbourhood around the Stadium; to address the requirement for flatted housing adjacent to the town centre and to support and augment existing retail, commercial and leisure provision in the locality. This new build housing development in West Loan, East Lothian, comprises 31 units of varying sizes with a mixture of houses and flatted apartments. Due to the site’s historic context and its proximity to Preston Tower, planning constraints required us to develop the design along a traditional vernacular.

Retail / Visitor Centre Tullibardine
This new build retail and refurbishment visitor centre for Tullibardine Distillery is located in Blackford in Perthshire. The commission consisted of demolishing an existing bonded warehouse to accommodate six new retail units and refurbishing and converting the remaining bonded warehouses into a visitor attraction, providing a total of 50,000 sq ft of retail space.
