Philip Bell MRICS MCIOB  Director

Philip is a Chartered Building Surveyor with 20 years of extensive professional experience in Project Management and commercial Building Surveying, and prior to that 9 years contracting experience gained with major national contractors.

Philip has undertaken Project Management on all types of commercial, leisure and residential developments. He also advises on all technical aspects of property, legal occupational liabilities and monitors funded developments for a large base of diverse clients on projects throughout the UK. Whilst commercially driven, he maintains a keen eye for technical detail and brings these skills to the benefit of his clients’ projects.

Philip has held Partnership positions with two other companies and is able to offer a broad scope of technical and managerial experience to his clients that is rarely available from other practitioners.
